Bill brings over 20 years of institutional investment and operational experience. He is co-founder and senior partner at Anabeya Capital, a real estate alternatives investment platform focused on housing, alternatives, and responsible investment.

Previously, Bill was Managing Director and Head of European & UK Housing at Nuveen, overseeing multiple bed-oriented platforms, and MD, Head of Alternatives at Round Hill Capital, driving emerging housing strategies and innovation. He also co-founded the short-stay marketplace Oasis Collections and is recognised for his expertise at the intersection of housing, PropTech, and responsible investing.
