David Liddicoat, ACA is a finance leader with more than 15 years’ experience in private equity real estate, with expertise spanning financial planning and analysis, investor reporting, and budgeting. He was most recently Finance Director at AMAN, the global luxury hospitality company, and previously led real estate acquisition and development for Edyn, Brookfield’s European hospitality platform.

A qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, David brings a strong blend of financial discipline and investment expertise. His background combines deep experience in real estate transactions with operational and strategic leadership across the hospitality and residential sectors.
