His background spans asset and property management alongside commercial, retail, leisure, and PBSA, giving him a uniquely broad perspective on real estate investment and operations. James has held senior roles at JLL, LaSalle Investment Management, and Strutt & Parker, and has been recognised in EG’s BTR 50 Most Influential for his impact on the evolution of the UK rental housing market.
