Pierre Melhado has over 20 years of experience in property management, with expertise in operations, lease-ups, repositioning, and Proptech. He was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Bayshore Properties, where he scaled the platform from 3,000 to more than 7,000 apartments, and has also held senior leadership roles at CA Ventures and Magnolia Capital.

Pierre holds an MBA from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of New Orleans. His career reflects a consistent focus on operational excellence, platform growth, and innovation, positioning him as a proven leader in institutional rental housing.
