Sarah Cole brings extensive experience in residential real estate research and sustainability. She specialises in market trends analysis, supply and demand dynamics, resident satisfaction surveys, and mystery shopping initiatives, providing insights that inform investment, development, and operational decisions.

Sarah oversees both sustainability initiatives and operational policies and procedures, promoting consistent reporting and strong performance across residential assets. She holds an MSc in European Environmental Policy & Regulation and is a member of both the BPF and UKAA.
