She previously worked with Essex Property Trust, a leading US REIT, where she was responsible for revenue management across 26,000 apartments on the West Coast.

Carol’s career also spans the aviation and hospitality sectors, having held key roles with Virgin Airlines as well as other global airline and hotel operators.
