Dominic Martin, MRICS brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, including 14 years at the forefront of UK Build to Rent. Early in his career, he served on the UK Government’s PRS Taskforce, helping establish rental housing as an institutional-grade investment class.

Formerly Head of PRS Management at Annington Homes, Dominic led the company’s expansion into the rental housing sector. He has also held senior leadership roles including UK Business Development & Operations Director at Atlas Residential and Director of Operations & Strategy at Westrock/PLATFORM_, where he drove growth, innovation, and institutional engagement in BTR.

A former UKAA Board Member and Chair of its Research & Policy Committee, Dominic is a recognised voice in shaping policy and best practice across the UK BTR market.
