Head of Property

Richard Harbard has over 15 years' experience in high-rise mixed-use property management and he is responsible for property management, Health & Safety Compliance, maintenance, contracting and the operational mobilisation of new sites. He has held senior property management roles spread across property, BTR and PBSA companies, including Galliard Homes, Knight Dragon, Fresh Property Group, and four years with Get Living as a property director and director of development. 

Richard has a master's degree in facilities management and is dedicated to personal development, recently completing the Chartered Institute of Building's Level 6 qualifications in Building Safety Management and Fire Safety in Construction.
